Return & Refund Policy

At NOVIXAA, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.

Returns

You may request a return or replacement within 3 days of receiving your order.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The product is incomplete or missing parts.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product.

  • An unboxing video (recommended for faster verification).

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • You change your mind after placing the order.

  • The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

  • The original packaging or accessories are missing.

  • The return request is made after 3 days from delivery.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and verified, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
